Warranty: 10-year non-prorated warranty on mattress and 2-year non-prorated warranty on air system.
Shipping: White Glove Delivery within the continental US only. Your mattress set comes fully assembled and inflated. Once the pump is connected to the bed, air can be added to or released from the chambers. Delivery company will call to schedule delivery, which will occur during a pre-scheduled four-hour window during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
